New investment firm focused on mid/late stage equity/token investments in the digital asset ecosystem. Founders highly experienced from top backgrounds in both investment banking and hedge funds. Seeking the follow skillsets:
10+ years experience in investment banking/ private equity/ later stage VC /selected HFs
Ability to manage deal flow, negotiate terms and conditions of equity/token transactions
Deep experience with financial models and valuation
Ability to manage due diligence, data rooms, legal counsel and key deal terms
Experience in crypto/deep knowledge of fintech
Desire to ultimately source deal flow directly and in secondary markets globally across VCs/major banks/pre- existing relationships
Proven track record of excellence and intense drive needed to build a new venture with experienced team
