Created in May 2020, Flowdesk has built a complete technical and operational infrastructure to provide a wide range of Financial Services on Digital Assets. These include market-making services, brokerage, custody, and more. Backed by the biggest names in the European VC scene, Flowdesk is looking for talented and driven people to accelerate its growth. Flowdesk is regulated by the AMF as a DASP (Digital Asset Service Provider).

The position is based in Paris.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

An experienced Sales person to join and significantly contribute to the growth and scaling of Flowdesk in Europe.

-Help to build, manage and develop new partnerships, while also leveraging existing relationships of Flowdesk
-Reach out to new prospects, conduct presentations, and provide in-depth product coverage to new and existing clients (Market Making, custody, brokerage, yield services)
-Work closely with other Flowdesk internal functions, especially Flowdesk European and Asian trading desk
-Communicate on ongoing deals, pipeline and report internally to management
-Build, develop and strengthen relations with exchanges and across the space
-The role requires active involvement in all aspects of client acquisition and subsequent client services.
-The ideal candidate for this position should be extremely curious, organised, client and results-oriented, with the desire to offer our clients unrivalled services.

**Skills and personality: **

-Pitching Flowdesk activities, especially Market Making
-Developing relationships with prospects and key clients
-Maximizing new business development opportunities
-Coordinating sales and plans for new client launches with Flowdesk internal departments in the most diligent manner (such as compliance, legal, trading, and EMEA teams)
-Management of existing clients’ requests.

**Required Profile:**

-Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or related
-3 years or more in a client-facing seat in financial services/ banking or cryptocurrency trading
-Experience in creating pitch books and presentations for clients as well as to multitask
-Strong analytical and numerical skills and excellent organisational skills
-Ability to work autonomously
-Genuine interest and knowledge in cryptocurrency, digital assets, or traditional traded assets
-Be a team player and work in partnership internally
-Curious, autonomous, structured, with high standards
-Strong people skills
-Fluent in English and any other language is a plus.
