Job Description

Chain is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing Team.

Chain is an award-winning technology company that specializes in blockchain related services and software with production ready products in the market.

A Director of Digital Marketing at Chain will develop and deliver marketing policies, practices and strategies to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote online products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute inbound lead generation and client acquisition strategies through multichannel campaigns, including: email, partnerships, social, and search
  • Develop trigger-based and nurture outbound email tracking that engage our target audience with the right message at the right time
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
  • Brainstorm with regards to creating new and creative growth strategies for the companyIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership/perspective for adoption

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in demand generation and media planning
  • 8+ years of integrated marketingB2B & B2C marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, CMS, Search and Display, Paid Social and analytics platforms
  • Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where direction and goals can pivot quickly to meet business objectives
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with excellent organizational skills and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills coupled with a "data-driven" thinking mentality
  • Must have the ability and desire to stay "up to date" with the trends / best practices in online marketing and digital asset trading
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Must know the Google Suite of marketing services inside and out (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google my Business)
  • In depth knowledge of SEM Rush
