The Role
We're looking for an experienced UX Researcher with expertise in Web3 and the DApp development Infrastructure.
- The researcher understands the full scope of developer behavior in smart contract development and gains insights to generate ideas for new features or improved user experiences.
- The researcher conducts factual and evidence-based research to provide timely and actionable insights to the product team.
- The researcher also is involved in defining, planning, and conducting user research to understand the user experience of Bunzz and develop product strategy.
Job Duties
- Fully understand user 'pains' and 'wants' in smart contract development.
(e.g. what are the most frequently used contracts in DApp development? / What kind of feature do users need?) - Research the best channels for announcing DApp developers of Bunzz modularized contracts
- Effectively conduct and manage primary and secondary research and share key insights with other departments
- Be a thought leader
- Design research that addresses both user behavior and needs and market trends
- Communicate results and explain recommendations in a compelling
Job Requirements
- Confidence in solving the needs and pains of users with a primary focus on creating a successful user experience
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a researcher in the Web3 space
- If you have experience developing DApp, it will be highly valued for the screening process
- Ability to share research findings quickly and effectively
- Ability to create specific, answerable, and actionable questions
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and marketers and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- Strong drive and positive attitude toward creative problem solving
- Familiarity with a variety of UX research tools and vendors
