About The Role

You will be part of the Customer Success and Key Accounts Management - who supports Nas Company’’s most strategic online communities in achieving their desired success on the platform. You’d be expected to support them in driving member growth, adoption of monetization features and educating Communities of the best practices in the space. This role works closely with our Users, Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Operations teams globally.

Your responsibilities (what will you do in this role)

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for the top tier community accounts on the Platform. Your goal will be to help them make money on the Product which includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Identifying high potential communities/ accounts and take them onboard
  • Supporting Communities to drive member growth
  • Increasing Community managers active usage of the product
  • Identifying opportunities for Communities to launch paid products
  • Reviewing their growth strategies and making suggestions to improve
  • Driving adoption of’s monetisation features
  • Educating Community Managers about best practices in the space
  • Helping Communities integrate in the support ecosystem
  • Focusing on retention of communities and their members

You will also play a critical role internally to be able to shape the direction of the product by:

  • Own strategic relationships with our key partners
  • Collecting and sharing insights from our top community partners
  • Problem solving and highlighting issues community managers face
  • Regular Business Reporting on the progress of Top Tier Accounts
  • Ensuring our top Community Partners have a voice inside the company
  • Collaborate with the content and operations team in defining processes for CM success

Experience Desired

  • 5+ years of working experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development or related fields preferred
  • Proven record of strategic intuition when assessing opportunities, optimizing processes, and excellence in execution
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives in diverse and multicultural environments
  • Passionate about communities, creators and/ or brands building a business online
  • Entrepreneurial and a hands-on mentality with the ability to manage accounts at scale
  • Comfortable handling data to bring out insights
  • Previous experience in project management preferred
  • Able to look at data and numbers to recognize patterns, trends and provide insights and answer business questions
  • A keen interest or past experience selling digital products/ marketing products online preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and excellent grasp and instinct for quantitative and statistical tools and analyses
  • Past experience working with online creators preferred but not essential
