Job Description

We reinvented the retirement account for the modern retiree so everyone has a choice in
how their retirement dollars are invested – and we’ve had an incredible reception since launch. Now, we're looking for a founding member of our product marketing team to serve as the connective tissue between product and marketing. This role covers the product spectrum - from providing insights for prioritizing product investment and educating the roadmap, to shaping launch messaging and leading launch strategy.

Among Other things, you will be expected to:

  • Own product marketing strategy and execution, including how value props get delivered to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the marketing work streams in support of key announcements and solution launches.
  • Create content and amplify through marketing channels with proven tactics. Write video scripts, creative articles, social tiles, client stories, product demos, emails, blogs – however you see fit to best communicate with users.
  • Develop specific go-to-market plans and integrate offerings into marketing campaigns.
  • Prioritize concurrent high-priority projects while advocating for continuous improvements, alignment,
    and change adoption.
  • Establish a deep understanding and point-of-view on competitive offerings and broader industry trends.

Experience wise, we're looking for someone who likely has:

  • 3+ years in product marketing or an adjacent marketing role at a fast-growing, consumer focused tech company.
  • A demonstrated ability to create clearly and succinctly distill complex topics and features into engaging and actionable marketing content.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and other creative tools.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is curious, resilient and goal oriented with a bias for action. If that's you, you've also likely got the ability to thrive in a fast-changing, fast-moving, scrappy startup environment while balancing short-term demands and long-term needs.

You'll need a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional ‘product truths’ that differentiate products in a rapidly changing landscapes which will require some strong creative marketing and communication skills.
