BlockFi is looking for an Institutional Marketing Associate to join our growing team! 

About Your Team

BlockFi is looking for an Institutional Marketing Associate to help develop and execute on our institutional marketing efforts across our Institutional Business. Target client segmentation includes traditional Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Registered Investment Advisors & Proprietary Trading Firms in addition to crypto native firms such as Exchanges, Miners & Market Makers. We are seeking a self starter to help implement our marketing strategy across web, email, social, multi-media and events with a focus on data and analytics. 

Your Expertise

  • 2+ years experience in B2B Marketing at a crypto, financial services or fintech Company
  • Strong data aggregation, cleansing and manipulation capabilities with an ability to develop and share insight and action items based on findings; understanding of Google Analytics a plus
  • Ability to create and distributes communication materials for a variety of business needs including newsletters, whitepapers, presentations, website information, sales collateral and strategic campaigns
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing and ability to execute on high profile in-person and digital events
  • Develop expertise and knowledge on competitors, building a comprehensive understanding of our strengths and weaknesses, influencing how we position ourselves in the marketplace
  • Strategic and innovative thinker who challenges convention and identifies new opportunities to develop unique marketing programs
  • Bias towards action and the ability to promote team culture in line with BlockFi’s values
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with diverse priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Enthusiastic about cryptocurrency markets and ecosystem
