Your Mission:

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, and Design teams to refine our growth strategy for driving customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue
  • Work with designers and engineers to bring this strategy to market
  • Own maintenance and continued development of martech infrastructure leveraged across the organization for enabling marketing strategy and measuring our success
  • Partner with the Paid Marketing and Analytics teams to personalize our acquisition flow and optimize our attribution framework
  • Engage with other product managers to define growth metrics and enhancements for their products
  • Apply hypothesis-driven development processes to drive user growth and engagement through experimentation, iteration, and learning

Your Expertise:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with 3+ years of success in a Growth Product Manager or similar role, ideally at a FinTech organization
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English)
  • Extensive experience with martech solutions including Customer Data Platforms (i.e Segment), A/B Testing (i.e Launch Darkly), Product Analytics (i.e Amplitude), and more
  • Proficient with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) 
  • Experience working with Paid Marketing teams on attribution efforts across ad networks and ad exchanges
  • Experience working with Lifecycle Marketing teams on owned channel tech enablement and maintenance
  • Able to work independently while maintaining transparency and collaboration with a larger team
  • Maintain composure and tact under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and to manage multiple priorities across multiple teams that are geographically dispersed.
