A core part of our offering is giving our users the choice to trade digital assets and as an Exchange Relationship Managers you are critical to both the day to day management as well as the long-term expansion of our commercial and operational relationships with external exchanges.

More specifically, Senior Digital Exchange Relationship Managers are responsible for reconciliation and balancing with the exchange to which they are assigned. This includes a responsibility for both the quality of and execution of all reconciliations. It’s a big role for anyone who wants the opportunity to manage key relationships in a fast growing business, and a great opportunity to lead the future build out of your team under you.

Prior Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role has 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably in finance or adjacent industry; a major plus if you have prior domain specific experience, e.g.  working in digital asset operations/processing at an exchange, or asset manager.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred; though, additional work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn at a fast pace and maintain accuracy while doing so

Among Other things, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing daily reconciliation of trading accounts
  • Reviewing and reconciling earning and staking rewards on a periodic basis
  • Timely verification of the accuracy of all transactional data for customer accounts and exchange accounts
  • Tracking of incoming bespoke items to ensure all are completed properly and within company guidelines
  • Ensuring all transactions are processed within company and regulatory guidelines
  • Researching and correcting any discrepancy and implement / maintain processes to prevent in the future
  • Providing support for cross-team double-verification in support of department processes.
  • Strict adherence to and enforcement of security protocol and procedures
  • Training of new additions to your team and improvement of department procedures.
