As a Compliance Associate you will:

  • Support the Product Compliance Team on cross-functional projects and processes to identify, measure, and control for risk.
  • Provide product compliance knowledge to the trading and lending business.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • Help manage control framework for regulatory requirements such as NFA or other regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and review of the firm’s adherence to policies and procedures.

  • You have a keen sense of compliance risk.
  • You take pride in even the smallest details.
  • You have the ability to work cross-functionally, but also independently as needed.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

  • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
