The Sales Operations Analyst will support revenue growth by applying analytics, developing processes, and enhancing systems to improve overall sales results.

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will:

  • Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex processes and critical business issues, including compensation and forecasting.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales on compensation planning and forecasting. 
  • Work closely with Revenue leadership to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies within the sales process and develop solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to drive decisions across the business.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations functions, including sales enablement, territory management, and data management.
  • Develop and maintain monthly actuals, revenue forecasts, and operational metrics for reporting.
  • Drive the adoption and data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Serve as a program/project manager on various cross functional business initiatives.

You may be a fit for this role if:

  • Experience developing or leading sales compensation, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Experience in a sales operations and/or business operations role at a fast-paced tech company.
  • Comfort operating proactively - monitoring key performance indicators to ensure optimal output.
  • Experience working with an institutional or enterprise sales organization.
  • Strong quantitative skills to frame and tackle open-ended topics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.

  • You have a strong interest in crypto.
  • You're experienced in compensation planning and forecasting.
  • You've helped scale a fast-growing startup from the ground-up in a sales or business operations capacity.
