Responsibilities

  • Owner of all Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Report directly to the head of customer engagement
  • Implement Email automation tool while following Compliance and Security guidelines
  • Develop and execute successful Email campaigns to nurture leads and push engagement rate
  • Conduct competitor analysis on others’ Email campaigns
  • Work with creative and content team on developing professional Email communications
  • Create various email lists and campaigns
  • Create and design various CTAs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align email strategy with performance targets
  • AB test to optimize engagements for both trigger Email journey and adhoc Emails
  • Track and report on Email channel performance and revenue generated from Email marketing efforts
  • Propose and implement best Email practice across all company external Emails
  • Ensure responsive email templates across all mail clients, browsers, resolutions and devices 
  • Align Email marketing campaigns with company’s content calendar

Qualifications:

  • Highly experienced in Email tool implementation processes
  • Strong track record of of Email marketing, lead nurturing and email automation 
  • Highly analytical and data driven 
  • Able to plan and execute Email best practices and drive the channel to be a key contributor to user retention
  • Self driven and motivated to be kept up to date with changes in Email best practices
  • Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholder 
  • Overview of the whole digital space 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Email engagements tracking
  • Strong project management skills
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
  • Experienced with whitelisting, email filters & anti-spam policies of established email providers
