As our User Support Specialist, you will assist our users with technical problems when using our products and services. As our main services are staking services and our users can reach out to us through different platforms, you will have the responsibility to resolve their questions and issues. You will be communicating internally with different stakeholders such as our developers, infra, and business team members. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent user support.
What will you do?
- Reply to our users in a timely and accurate way, through our different platforms, including tickets service
- Update our internal teams and databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with users
- Support technical difficulties of users and interact with information on the blockchain to solve issues
- Gather users feedback and share it with our product, engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Identify users needs and help them use specific features
- Improve user support practices and keep up to date with best practices
