We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions via our Freshdesk portal, create support-related content to our NDAU Knowledge Base, and provide support for community activities in our NDAU nlighten Program.
- Knowing NDAU inside and out.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and our product features..
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Familiarity with and excitement about cryptocurrencies.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar customer support systems.
- Excellent online communication, social media experience and writing skills.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
