Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions via our Freshdesk portal, create support-related content to our NDAU Knowledge Base, and provide support for community activities in our NDAU nlighten Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowing NDAU inside and out.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and our product features..
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with and excitement about cryptocurrencies.
  • Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar customer support systems.
  • Excellent online communication, social media experience and writing skills.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
