Job Description

Mogul Productions is a decentralized film financing (DeFiFi) and movie-based NFT platform that connects creators, movie fans, and film financiers in one space to ensure the best films get made by giving everyone a voice. By leveraging blockchain technology, NFTs and a tokenized system, Mogul incentivizes participation and rewards engagement. Using the Mogul in-app payment and utility token (STARS), users can vote on, greenlight and participate in key decision-making aspects of production.

As our Partnerships Manager you’ll be in charge of managing relationships with our existing partners, outreach to build new relationships and overall help in the direction of development and expansion. You will be in regular contact with senior management and be relied upon as the go-to person in your field. This role is all about responsibility, follow-through, and being an effective communicator.


  • Oversee our business and market intelligence operations
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through effective communications and reporting
  • Develop, manage and constantly improve on your lead generation tactics through proactive networking via digital channels and events
  • Support administration work such as updating case studies, portfolios & pitch decks
  • Research and network to identify and create a pipeline of prospective partners

Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience working as a Partnerships Manager or similar
  • Entrepreneurial hustle and the appetite to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in working with a small, cross functional team
  • Experience working in small, dynamic and fast-moving teams in a startup environment
  • An excellent understanding of Crypto / Blockchain


  • Experience working with start-ups
  • Familiarity with the movie industry
