As our recruiter, you will be leading our recruiting efforts and engaging with talent from across the world. You will be working with our Head of People to find and hire the best talent out there. You will have the freedom to oversee the full cycle of recruiting and be part of growing a team in an exciting industry - blockchain. For this, you will need to be creative and innovative to have the right people to come to work with us!
What will you do?
- Source potential candidates through various channels and methods
- Plan and conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and our brand spirit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes
- Provide a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates
