About the Team:
Okcoin sales team drives volume and revenue growth. We focus on institutional customers and HNW individuals globally. We cover a full range of crypto institutional customer segments, such as trading firms, market makers, financial intermediaries, payment providers, buy-side managers, retail brokers, etc. We work with liquidity, distribution, custody partners to build a mutually beneficial crypto ecosystem.
Okcoin sales teams are strategically located in North America, Europe, Asia and Latam to provide the best experience for our local customers. Each team has regional customer ownership and collaborates with other regional teams on global accounts.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will think big about the future of crypto and how you can best serve institutions and HNWs in the ever growing crypto economy. You'll own the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy, including the ideal customer segment, roadmap, value proposition and messaging. You will possess the ability and willingness to balance customer needs with business priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
At your core, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong prioritisation skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you'll drive results and significantly grow the adoption of Okcoin products and features.
The candidate is fully responsible for the Okcoin International volume and revenue growth. You will identify the market with best ROI, support the license application for the targeted regions, lead marketing GTM strategy for retail business, lead sales/account management/BD team to focus on international VIP and institutional segment growth.
Drawing from your extensive success in financial sales roles, this seasoned, hands-on, crypto savvy, top-performing pro knows how to target prospects, cultivate relationships, close deals, and drive revenue.
You're genuinely bullish on crypto assets and the adoption of blockchain in "traditional" finance. Excited to develop long-term strategies and shorter term plans to meet the revenue goals.
You’ll hire, train and develop a team of sellers.
Willingness and ability to travel for business (as health orders permit).
