Role Description

As an Event Strategy Manager on the Galaxy Digital Corporate Communications team, you will partner with business leads to build and implement a conference and event strategy. You will support oversight for all divisional events and conferences with a keen focus on best practices, commercial excellence, and consistency in delivery. Galaxy Digital events are critical to maintaining the firm’s brand and developing key client relationships.


  • Collaborate with business leads, sales, and corporate communications teams on event strategy and execution.
  • Manage firmwide event calendar, event timelines, and budget.
  • Build standard work processes around events and conferences.
  • Manage events for Galaxy Digital including but not limited to tradeshows, conferences, firm events.
  • Lead pre-event planning meetings, providing event support, preparing communications, coordinating conference logistics, lining up speakers, and conducting post meeting assessment activities.
  • Develop and manage team management plan for pre-onsite and post-planning activities
  • Establish pre-event goals and conduct post-meeting analysis of success metrics and makes recommendations to improve conference/event performance and determine scope of future participation.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the events/event planning space required.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Consistent track record of success in planning, managing, and executing corporate conference/event strategy.
  • Mastery of logistics and workflows, capable of overseeing multiple work streams and dependencies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniques for managing participation in company-led and industry conferences.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing requirements and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Enthusiasm, an exceptional work ethic, a self-starter attitude, and a belief in the mission of Galaxy.
