Job Description


Exodus is looking for an innovative individual to join our team! As the first People Operations Associate on our team, you will report to our Chief People Officer and work closely with our current People Ops team members to help with paperwork, process organization, and upkeep. Initially, you will focus on creating and maintaining a process for managing stock grant paperwork. You will also help with total rewards (as needed), general department organization, process improvement, data gathering, and data presentations. What You Will Do

  • Organize and manage yearly stock grant documentation and distribution
  • Ensure HRIS systems are up to date, functioning correctly, and that we have all necessary documents for team members
  • Assist with general people ops processes, reporting, and organizational needs

Who You Are

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant previous experience, ideally as a people operations associate and operations management
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a team player, and have the ability to work independently
  • You have amazing written and oral communication skills
  • You are very proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • You are analytical and process-orientated mindset
  • You are extremely well organized
  • You live in the United States

A Plus

  • You have previous remote work experience (in a similar role)
  • You have a background or interest in cryptocurrency

Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance. If you are outside of the United States, we will reimburse you up to $500 per month for any medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents.

PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a flexible schedule where you can work wherever and whenever. If you’re part-time with us, you’ll still receive 15 days of paid time off.

Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.

Parental Leave: 12 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver.
