About You

Our team is seeking a friendly, experienced campus recruiting candidate to work in tandem with the People team and help build and shape the early careers program. As an Early Careers TA Partner, you will be responsible for identifying target schools, creating strategic partnerships, and building a diverse pipeline of students. The ideal candidate has prior work experience throughout the several campus recruiting seasons and life cycles. This is a great opportunity to establish the firm’s presence on various campuses, catapulting Galaxy’s long-term growth and success.

On a given day at Galaxy, you will:

  • Build and mold the early careers programming
  • Develop and establish relationships on campus, specifically those with a cryptocurrency and Bitcoin presence
  • Collaborate with business leads to identify team needs and establish process
  • Responsible for all parts of the campus recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, pre-screening and face-to-face interviews through to hire
  • Manage intern and analyst programs
  • Develop creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to build diverse and robust pipeline of candidates
  • Plan and execute early career events both on campus and throughout intern and analyst programs
  • Build strong, meaningful, and lasting relationships both externally and internally

You’ve worked hard for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of campus recruiting experience
  • Experience with undergrad and graduate full cycle recruiting cycles
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to source candidates and handle full lifecycle recruiting process
