We're small but active team-building products in the new realm of cryptocurrencies. Businesses worldwide are suffering from strict government and bank controls, which makes moving money around a considerable pain - we want to change this, and we believe the new world of cryptocurrencies is the solution. We are building a new platform that incorporates the old world of traditional money and a new world of cryptocurrencies. We aim to help businesses move money around effortlessly. It's a huge task, that is why we want to attract the best people to help us solve this.

Our mission is to facilitate the free movement of capital, and we believe blockchain technology is the answer.


We don't hide behind fancy job titles or set up bureaucratic processes. Instead, we treat our people equally, fairly and give them a ton of freedom and autonomy to create something extraordinary.

The Product Marketing Manager is the product's voice to the outside world and is responsible for the question, "how will we tell people our product solves the problem? " 

Main goal: to move customers through a funnel that converts them from general audience -> buyers -> loyal fans. 

To work on primary levels of the funnel: 

  •  Acquisition: Getting customers' attention, making people aware that your product exists, and piquing their interest. 

*Twitter, Discord, YouTube, newsletters, blogs, copywriting, affiliates 

  •  Engagement: Getting people involved in using the platform constantly and becoming part of the community (becoming a fan) 

*CTAs, lead scoring, special offers/campaigns, webinars  

  • Retention/Conversion:  Keeping customers around and making them use our services over and over again 

*Building growth and retention loops


  • Proven success in growth marketing and marketing operations, ideally from the financial industry 
  • Experience working with technical software products, preferably in crypto, fintech, or developer tools 
  • Experience in operation campaign design, content marketing, user journey mapping, email marketing, user segmentation, top of funnel growth, and funnel 
  • Experience crafting and executing a holistic marketing strategy for developer-centric B2B products 
  • Ability to distill highly complex technical topics and make them consumable for a generalized audience 
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns) 
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends) 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
