Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead and expand a team of entrepreneurial growth marketers, and rapidly grow our performance capabilities and investments. You will accelerate user awareness, acquisitions and engagement, driving hypergrowth in our user base, feature adoption and revenue around the world. The position is central to our ambition to radically transform how 3 billion+ users live and interact on the decentralized Web.

The role requires a constant focus on opportunities to accelerate growth, a test-and-iterate mindset, and expert understanding of digital media platforms, adtech tools, measurement and attribution methodologies. 

Startup experience is a plus, the drive to dive fast into the crypto rabbit hole is a must, although previous experience in our category is not a prerequisite. 

You Will:

  • Build and optimize the global growth marketing function at Unstoppable Domains
  • Drive to Revenue, ROAS, New Users (paying + free), CAC and LTV goals contributing to overall Unstoppable Domains business metrics
  • Lead strategic planning and operations for the Growth Marketing function: drive annual and quarterly planning, OKRs, forecasting, quarterly business reviews and weekly performance updates.
  • Own a large and rapidly growing Performance and Martech budget and oversee key strategic vendor relationships for media, data and technology. 
  • Guide channel owners (owned and paid) to optimize evergreen channels, and execute A/B testing and growth experiments in key markets at a high level and pace, including in top non-English speaking markets.
  • Understand Unstoppable Domains’ different audiences at scale (consumers, developers, dApps), segment and run iterative growth experiments - customizing messaging based on main personas, behavioral and email engagement data.
  • Execute the channel components of partner, product and brand marketing campaign flights, including measurement and tracking to key metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with product / engineering, BD/Sales and Analytics to ensure proper messaging, timing, execution and reporting for both one-off and ongoing campaigns.

You Have:

  • Deep expertise in all facets of consumer-side growth marketing including multichannel user acquisitions (owned, paid and affiliates), freemium models, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing and user journey optimization. 
  • Additionally, experience in B2B growth marketing, in particular SME acquisitions (both self service and through inside sales teams, including lead generation and nurturing pathways)
  • Successfully managed $100M+ annual media budgets, with strong focus of digital and familiarity with offline ATL
  • The ability to switch context frequently and project-manage effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail while working to tight deadlines.
  • High intellectual curiosity and passion to investigate the “Why”.
  • Familiarity with crypto / NFT / blockchain / web3 appreciated but not essential as long as you are keen to dive quickly into the rabbit hole.
