About the Role

Sourcing plays an essential part of supporting our rapidly growing business by partnering directly with our recruiting team, hiring managers and leadership team. We are hiring an internal Sourcer to play an integral role in executing against some of our most complex searches. In this role, you will own the research and engagement strategy for the most sought after talent (technical and non-technical) across OKCoin. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate the business by engaging top talent across multiple fields and acting as an owner for specific teams. This role will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels such as research, referral generation, talent mapping and sourcing campaigns to identify high caliber candidates and maintain healthy pipeline for priority roles
  • Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview process
  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences for Business & Marketing functions with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Be the face of OKCoin to our amazing candidates and maintain professional and courteous communication to foster long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm or agency
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers
  • In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
  • Experience leveraging market insights and data to influence decisions with hiring managers and cross-functional teams 
  • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Experience engaging and activating passive candidates
