Global Director, Consumer Marketing - Remote

We’re looking for a Global Director, Consumer Marketing to drive brand awareness and accelerate user and revenue growth through the development and execution of in-market marketing strategy and plans. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategy in all global markets: North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

You will be responsible for overseeing ideation and implementation across digital channels, events, sponsorships, influencers and more. You will be responsible for leading and growing a multi-national team and managing a budget to ensure the team delivers impact. You will collaborate with the most forward-thinking brands in the Crypto and NFT space (such as Crypto.com, Brave, Opera, the .wallet Alliance members, DeadHeads, BossBeauties…) and beyond, as more traditional consumer brands take an interest in Web3. Your ability to develop strong executional relationships with key partners in support of our Sales team will be key to your success in this role. 

Responsibilities:

• Building our global consumer marketing strategy: develop insight-driven marketing plans to execute global and regional consumer campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
• Driving high impact comarketing motions:  lead several integrated initiatives with our partners each month 
• Executing across channels - activate crypto/NFT influencers and KOLs across social media platforms, work through performance media and lifecycle marketing teams, coordinate owned & operated platforms and amplify with PR. 
• Innovation - raise the creative bar by building new, exciting experiences for Unstoppable Domains and our partners’ users.
• Measurement - evaluate the impact of your campaigns against measurable quantitative goals. 
• Relationships management - you will work hand to hand with our Business Development team to create plans for our strategic partner accounts and optimize our joint brand experience and revenue opportunity.

Requirements:

• Track record in complex multichannel consumer campaign ideation, design and execution with clear brand lift and business growth results.  
• Experience in working with specialized teams to execute design, media and PR both in-house and through agencies.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-throughput startup environment.
• Demonstrated success across Asia-Pacific regions and cultures from an execution and team management perspective.
• A keen desire to learn an exciting, fast moving category, its micro-communities, codes and memes. Wagmi! Actual knowledge of the blockchain/NFT/crypto space is a plus but not mandatory.
