The Role

As we scale our organization from 100 to 300 employees in 2022, it’s critical that we build a world-class Talent Acquisition Team that is passionate about showcasing Unstoppable Domains’ magic to the talent community by creating a best-in-class candidate experience. To that end, we’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is hyper-organized, efficient, and energetic to ensure that every single applicant has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.

You are:

  • An expert multi-tasker with the ability to balance urgency and quality
  • A strong communicator across all mediums (Slack, Zoom, Email)
  • Curious, with an eye towards continuous improvement. A desire to understand the crypto landscape, our tools, systems and processes will be key to your success.
  • A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working autonomously
  • Extremely detail oriented

You will:

  • Partner with our recruiters, interviews and hiring managers to provide an unstoppable candidate experience throughout each stage of the hiring process
  • Act as the face of Unstoppable Domains, including championing our culture and mission to potential candidates
  • Coordinate phone and video interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Champion operational excellence, always looking for ways to increase efficiency, improve processes, and help our recruiting and scheduling processes scale
  • Maintain our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates to the Recruiting Team
  • Identify ways in which we can improve our candidate experience and scheduling efficiency, and collaborate on solutions
  • Support operational goals and programs on the Recruiting Team; we are looking for someone who is interested in owning both short & long-term projects, in addition to day-to-day candidate scheduling and logistics work.
  • Continually update all of our recruiting documentation, both internal and candidate-facing (ex. offer letters, candidate one-pagers, interview prep documents)
  • Promptly respond to candidates’ emails and internal stakeholders regarding any inquiries
  • Keep the queue of candidates up-to-date and efficiently move them through the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

Must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with coordinating complex meetings across multiple timezones
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task and shuffle priorities under intense time constraints
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent judgment & problem solving skills
  • Experience with heavy calendar management

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a scrappy startup environment
  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Blockchain environments
  • Experience with Greenhouse

Tech Stack:

Greenhouse (ATS), Modernloop (scheduling), Rippling (HRIS), BrightHire, Slack, Notion, FigureHR, Pequity G-Suite, Linkedin Recruiter

Talent Acquisition Team:

Part of the broader People function, the Talent Acquisition team at Unstoppable Domains supports the growth of the company across all departments and geographic locations, while being laser-focused on creating fair, equitable and dignified candidate experience. The team currently consists of 3 recruiters and a coordinator focused on hiring in North America, a global recruitment marketer, two senior technical recruiters and a recruiting manager in Ukraine; all reporting to a Director of People. In Q2 2022, we will onboard a Director of Talent Acquisition, additional technical and business recruiters, recruiting coordinators and recruiting managers in North America, Singapore and Ireland, scaling the team to 15+
