About the Team: 

The Okcoin sales & business development team drives volume and revenue growth. We focus on institutional customers and HNW individuals globally. We cover a full range of crypto institutional customer segments, such as trading firms, market makers, financial intermediaries, payment providers, buy-side managers, retail brokers, etc. We work with liquidity, distribution, custody partners to build a mutually beneficial crypto ecosystem.

We are looking for a specialist who will be driving the lead generations globally. If you are a self-starter and team player, always hungry to identify business opportunities and generate leads for the team, then this is the place for you.

You have an owner mentality and are proactive in opening the doors that will contribute to our volume growth. You are results-driven and have the ability to get things done and reach ambitious targets in a fast and efficient way.

This is an incredible opportunity for you to work in the most exciting and dynamic industry of the decade. You will be one of the first points of contact to a broad range of players in the crypto space, giving you a unique exposure to this ecosystem from day 1.

What We Look For In You:

  • Creative and enthusiast in generating new client leads across different client segments (buy-side, financial intermediaries, payment providers, liquidity providers, trading firms, & retail brokers)
  • 2+ years of business lead generation/sales experience with a track record of creating tangible impact on key metrics: number of leads generated, prospects qualified, etc..
  • Have an owner mentality: you focus on the ultimate result for the company
  • Results-driven and ability to get things done, making sure the "plane lands on time"
  • A strong sense of grit and perseverance: you do not take “No” for a final answer and always try to find a way to the “Yes”
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of seniority/partner
  • Ability to speak another European languages (bonus if Spanish and/or German)
  • Passion for the world of finance, blockchain, and/or cryptocurrencies;
