Job Description

We are looking for an experienced partner operations & success lead who can be a true business partner to the Head of Business for Europe and lead our partner onboarding and co-marketing efforts in the region. This individual will be responsible for scaling our onboarding efforts with crypto exchange, wallet, fintech, brand, NFT project and app partners in the region and building co-marketing programs that drive awareness and interest for decentralized domain name spaces. The right candidate should love working in a fast-paced startup environment in an autonomous role. We are looking for hands-on, creative, data-driven individuals who can help build a new category of decentralized domain name space and further its partner ecosystem in the region.

Your Mission   

Identify and manage the partner pipeline and program priorities with regional business development leaders for new partnership opportunities based on company priorities. Build partner co-marketing plans to onboard hundreds of partners in the region. Identify, develop and execute revenue and co-marketing opportunities with onboarded partners to drive exponential growth in adoption of decentralized domain names. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity operating in a high-growth environment and solving problems with limited oversight. You Will

  • Help identify and qualify new potential partners – source lists of upcoming dApps, Wallets and exchanges in the region and build digital campaigns to generate qualified leads for the Business Development Team to build partnerships.
  • Manage partner account plans and drive high-impact comarketing activities with our the largest partners in the region – 2 to 5 initiatives a month
  • Activate millions of blockchain & crypto developers in the region via partner channels to register their domains at Unstoppable domains
  • Drive consumption of activated partner users by getting them to leverage the power of Unstoppable Wallets to do transactions in the decentralized world
  • Multi-Channel execution: activate crypto/NFT influencer partners and Key Opinion leaders followed by our Partner Ecosystem across all social media platforms
  • Measurement: evaluate the success and impact of your partner campaigns against measurable and trackable quantifiable goals
  • Relationship Management: You will work closely with the Business Development Representatives in EU to help create specific Co-Marketing plans for our strategic partner accounts and optimize our joint brand experience and revenue opportunity
  • Budgets: Work closely with Business Development Director to ensure optimum usage of Marketing budgets and maximum ROI delivered for every dollar spent across all partner marketing activities

Requirements

Must have:

  • 10+ years experience working on the agency/consulting for partner/channel marketing and/or growth.
  • Experience in partnership operations with +$100K ticket sizes in a high frequency deal environment with objective of maximizing partnership ROI
  • Track record of complex multi-channel partner campaign ideation, design and execution and/or consultative selling program management experience.
  • Experience in successfully executing large cross functional partnership go-to-market programs in high deal throughput environments.
  • Ability to analyze disparate datasets to make decisions
  • Strong communicator with proven cross-functional project management experience.

Nice to have:

  • A keen desire to learn an exciting new fast moving category, its micro communities, codes and memes. Wagmi! Actual knowledge of Blockchain/Crypto/NFT space is a plus
  • MBA in Marketing or related experience
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing technology company or startup
  • Experience running channel/partner co-marketing events
  • Experience in the crypto/web 3.0 space at a DAO or VC backed startup
  • Pre-existing relationships & network in the crypto space
