You are:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team to help support our VIP customers. As the voice of Unstoppable Domains, you will be responsible for delivering world-class experiences to our most valuable clients, establishing relationships with new strategic partners and brands, and working closely with internal stakeholders to create experiences that drive adoption of Unstoppable Domains.

This role requires a passion for interacting with people, curiosity about blockchain technology and its ecosystem, and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves. Your ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, as well as your ability to form connections with people from all walks of life, will be key to your success in this role. Startup experience is a plus!

You will:

  • Respond to inquiries from high-value customers, brands, and business partners
  • Proactively reach out to influential customers that mention/use Unstoppable Domains to build relationships
  • Support sales requests from high-value customers by referencing internal price lists and reference materials
  • Maintain relationships with high-value customers and encourage them to share about Unstoppable Domains with their networks (campaigns or evergreen)
  • Manage domain requests from brands, trademark holders, and other well known entities, products, or individuals
  • Work with cross-functional partners to coordinate domain giveaways, contests, and other strategic business development initiatives
  • Make recommendations to leadership to effectively resolve problems and drive improvements to our existing systems and processes
  • Ensure that high-value users feel valued and eager to continue engaging with Unstoppable Domains
  • Demonstrate impeccable communication skills in everything that you do

You can demonstrate:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a support or customer success role, preferably with a sales or account management focus
  • Experience resolving complex non-technical customer relations issues
  • High EQ and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Google Suite 
  • Ability to work US/Canada time zone hours

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience using Freshdesk or a similar ticketing system
  • Interest and/or previous experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain
  • 1+ years of Sales/Account Management experience
