Job Description

Chain is looking for a Support Analyst to join our Support Team.

Chain is an award-winning technology company that specializes in blockchain related services and software with production ready products in the market.
 
As a Support Analyst, you will be highly technical with excellent customer service skills that meet the fast paced and demanding nature of the blockchain industry. You will be extremely familiar with technical concepts such as databases, blockchain, JSON, and general end user software such as popular web browsers and operating systems.
 

Key Requirements

  • Experience supporting end users in a friendly and polite manner
  • Experience with all mainstream web browsers and common issues
  • Experience with different versions of Windows, OS X, and Linux
  • The ability to triage tickets
  • Excellent note taking and record keeping
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
  • Familiarity with JSON
  • Familiarity with SDKs is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Java, Ruby, and NodeJS is a bonus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • The ability to efficiently work in a team and autonomously
  • Familiarity with one or more ticketing systems and how they work
  • Advanced knowledge of blockchain and crypto concepts
