Collaborate with copywriters and marketing managers to develop campaign ideas that increase brand awareness and support our other business goals.
Conceptualize and design marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media (both paid and owned), email, display, print and out-of-home (and potentially more) that accomplish our overall brand strategy.
Design compelling campaign landing pages and collaborate with developers and marketing operations to build them.
Establish and build on design standards within the department.
Create compelling presentations and provide rationale for creative work to a broad and varied group of colleagues, including leadership.
Work across functions, balancing the needs of partners and break down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas.
What you’ll bring:
A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking applied across a range of touchpoints, including social, digital, print, and experience thoroughly interrogating proof of concept from more than one vantage point.
Impeccable design skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and compellingly, with strong attention to detail as it relates to typography, grids, composition and color palettes.
Fluency with design tools, including, but not limited to Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
Understanding of trends in advertising, branding and media, and culture.
