We’re seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.  Our ideal candidate will support the sales team in pre and post-sale projects and support with general sales and fulfillment with activities. Responsibilities include and not limited; help develop internal sales process, provide support with various sales tasks/projects, create sales/pitch decks, manage existing/future accounts.  This is an opportunity to learn and grow in an industry that is evolving.

You Will:

  • Create custom compelling sales presentations for advertising, sponsorships, activations and other customizable media packages to close new media business
  • Build and manage sales operations process/pipeline
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal marketing, creative, content, experiential, finance, analytics and other departments to create, implement, and optimize integrated campaigns
  • Responsible for daily account management of advertising and sponsorship partnerships – including maintaining CRM, management of new and existing opportunities
  • Track and manage sales inventory
  • Prepare SOWs/proposals

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or related Business degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
  • Strong creative, written and oral communication with experience creating and preparing sales decks
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Experience in project management and leading complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
  • Comfortable working in rapidly evolving start-up environment where tasks and requests can change day-to-day
