We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Community Analyst to join our team. The Community Analyst will plan, develop, implement, and analyze community relations campaigns, marketing efforts, and related events. You will be in charge of creating key trends project and process and procedure templates and creating a document that breaks down emerging trends with hypotheses on where you see the industry is heading. Your main responsibilities as a Ventures Intern will also consist of creating a workflow document that shows what resources were used to make this presentation for greater team collaboration.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Based anywhere within North America and reporting to the VP, Ventures, you will be the first line of communication with consumers, as such all managers should be ready to perform a wide range of tasks including but not limited to: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set plan and implement communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for all forums/accounts under their jurisdiction 
• Respond to customers in a polite and timely manner
• Monitor track and report feedback coming through forum and community pages
• Be in coordination with marketing PR and communication teams to ensure everyone's goals are aligned and all elements of the brand are communicating a unified vision.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Direct outreach and close sponsorships on behalf of the firm for all events the firm puts on
• Direct outreach on KOL’s, investors, launchpads, and other critical blockchain stakeholders
• Clean up/audit general department processes to help identify gaps and increase efficiency
• Monthly/recurring market analysis to help keep team informed on emerging trends
• Competitor analysis for inspiration/better understanding of landscape
• Help with client logistics, booking calls, follow up, creating onboarding and other key client templates
• Conduct research and analysis on client competitors

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, with emphasis in business, finance, computer science or mathematics

• 2+ terms of work experience as a Community Specialist (or equivalent) in a top financial institution
• 1+ year of sponsorship outreach experience
• Previous work experience in investment banking, investment management, consulting, and/or startup environment preferred
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment and still meet deadlines
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and experience in the blockchain, crypto assets and traditional financial markets 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Exceptional management & data reporting skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to check documents for accuracy and communicate detailed changes, given regulatory nature of our industry
• Skilled in learning on the job and being a self starter
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Mature, professional, driven, empathetic.
