We're looking for a creative and resourceful Content Marketing Lead to help us bring UFC Strike to the next level.

The ideal candidate is super creative, can think like a diehard UFC fan, has a full appreciation of what’s going on in the NFT landscape, and feels like they’re in a bizarre dream reading this job description because THIS IS YOU, tantalized at the prospect of disrupting the landscape and creating the blueprint of an industry that has never existed before.

You will be in charge of growing the UFC & UFC Strike communities across key social media platforms, email, and other digital content platforms with a focus on going bringing our product to UFC fans worldwide.

What’s up:

  • Can manage key content channels for the UFC Strike platform, inclusive of social media, e-mail, text, etc.
  • Handle management and publishing of a robust marketing calendar for an ever-changing product, in an evolving industry.
  • Knows how to think like a UFC Strike collector, wants to get in the weeds and get their hands dirty, and can craft content and a messaging plan that illustrates the value proposition of joining our products.
  • Can fuse the creative needs for a job like this while letting the data be the bedrock of any successful campaign.
  • Bonus: has experience with Photoshop and video editing software like Premiere and After Effects.

  • You live and breathe social media/content, and understand how to reach the biggest audiences in the most efficient manner.
  • You are a passionate fan of the UFC, its athletes, and events. You know what matters to UFC fans, what makes them tick, and how to reach them.
  • You welcome failure knowing that any risk worth taking can and might fail — and that’s ok — so long as it’s rooted in sound logic/data and we can learn from it.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple social media channels tied to one of the biggest sports brands in the world, and the added pressure and scrutiny that accompanies it.
  • You hate being complacent and are inspired at working in the most innovative space in the world.
  • You have applicable experience working at a startup, tech, social media, or sports company.
  • You are a self-starter that can work through the natural chaos that comes with working at a startup in hyper-growth mode.
