Job Description

Exodus needs a Senior Data and Consumer Insights Manager to help drive decisions on improving Exodus’ products and customer experiences based on consumer insights and analytics. This person will transform large data sets from various analytics platforms and generate actionable insights for the product marketing team that will help improve product acquisition, activation and retention across different Exodus product types. The person will also be responsible for developing multivariate testing or other methods of gaining consumer insights.

What You Will Do

  • Measure product performance, develop core metrics and create dashboards to track and understand them. Interact with business intelligence tools and develop regular reports or ad hoc on demand data queries.
  • Perform deep analyses and build models to understand customer behavior, and extract key insights that impact product decisions.
  • Use a variety of tools to perform constant review and research of the competitive landscape across channels. Develop methods of gaining consumer and product usage insights and provide actionable and detailed analysis of findings.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics with at least 5 years in marketing analytics
  • Experience with BI platforms like amplitude, mixpanel, google analytics and app store analytics
  • Experience with leading market research initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and applied statistical skills

A Plus

  • Professional experience in crypto, blockchain
  • Experience with marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, programmatic ads, social media, PR, email, events, partnerships, sponsorships, or content
