Who You Are:

Galaxy Digital is looking for an experienced candidate to help manage our growing number of institutional Asset Management partnerships. The role will focus on working with senior members of the Asset Management business to scale our existing global partners, expand into new jurisdictions, and launch products in both the fund management and indexing sectors. In addition, this individual will surveil the institutional sector’s digital asset landscape while working closely with the Asset Management business unit heads, Portfolio Managers, the Sales team, the Product team, and across the firm as needed. This role will also focus on optimizing regular communication with our partners and streamlining information related to partnership agreements, deal terms, and recurring revenue streams.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate institutional partnerships globally
  • Be the main point of contact for partners that may include asset managers, index providers, liquidity solutions, and certain strategic opportunities
  • Assist senior members of Asset Management to scale existing product partnerships and advance new potential partnership opportunities
  • Optimize communication with points of contact and streamline information related to partnership agreements, deal terms, and expanding revenue streams
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Portfolio Management, and business heads internally and externally to develop both new and existing business opportunities
  • Assist in coordinating educational materials, events, or other requirements related to institutional partnerships
  • Work alongside business leaders to help develop additional strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of related experience in financial services in a client facing or relationship management capacity
  • Experience with or knowledge of asset management and partnerships related to development in the public or 40 Act ecosystem, sub-advisory relationships, and data providers/liquidity solutions
  • Understanding of the asset management and/or traditional indexing landscapes
  • Multi-asset knowledge including equities, ETFs, derivatives (futures, swaps, etc.), liquid products, and/or FX
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
