Okcoin is one of the world’s largest and fastest growing cryptocurrency exchanges. We help millions of people buy and sell bitcoin, and over 20 other crypto assets every day — but our work is a whole lot more than that. We’re building an inclusive future of finance, one that opens new opportunities to learn financial literacy, store value, and build wealth for everyone.
Ready to help the next billion people experience the future of finance with us? Come on board. We have offices in San Francisco, Malta, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Korea, but we believe in you working wherever you work best.
Okcoin’s People organization is hiring a Program Manager to help build the next generation People Information System. This program is responsible for a variety of operations that span multiple business verticals including People, internal tools, IT, compliance, and internationalization.
Opportunities to work with other business verticals will also be abundant. This role is responsible for the internal user experience, roadmap, integration, and launch of new features and tools that will enable our stakeholders to scale their operations, minimize manual effort, and develop a competitive and innovative business strategy. In this role, you will identify high impact opportunities, turn these into initiatives, and lead development while sourcing new opportunities. You’ll work closely with engineering, product and design to break down complex problems into goal-oriented initiatives and specifications to drive our business forward.
As an early member of Okcoin’s People team, you will have the opportunity to heavily influence the program’s structure, strategy, and roadmap. You will also get to ship meaningful features and integrations to help us scale. We’re looking for a leader who has experience with internal tool integrations and shipping features for internal tools/platform products.
