We have an interesting opportunity for an ambitious Executive Assistant who can hit the ground running and start bringing value to our team immediately. Reporting to the SVP of International Banking and Director of Sales and Trading at our company.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Based out of our downtown Toronto office, the main responsibilities and expectations for the role are:


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the SVP, International Banking and the Director of Sales & Trading.
  • Prepare presentations when required.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
  • Keep track of necessary reports and updates.
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to executives.
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking and transportation.
  • Respond and filter inquiries.
  • Participate in business trips.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred.
  • Experience and/or previous knowledge in the Financial industry preferred.
  • Strong organization and time manage skills.
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize.
  • Highly skilled in learning on the job and continuously learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Mature, professional, driven, empathetic.
  • Available to travel.
